????????今天，貴陽市公安局雙龍分局發(fā)布通報稱，犯罪嫌疑人曹某（男，36歲）、劉某利（女，40歲）、鄭某君（女，37歲）偽造老干媽公司印章，冒充該公司市場經(jīng)營部經(jīng)理，與騰訊公司簽訂合作協(xié)議。目前3人已被刑拘。案件正在進一步辦理中。

????????6月29日，中國裁判文書網(wǎng)發(fā)布的一份民事裁定書顯示，騰訊申請凍結(jié)了老干媽名下1624萬元的財產(chǎn)。

????????裁定書顯示，深圳市南山區(qū)人民法院裁定查封、凍結(jié)被告貴陽南明老干媽風(fēng)味食品銷售有限公司、貴陽南明老干媽風(fēng)味食品銷售有限公司名下價值16,240,600元的銀行存款或查封、扣押其等值的其他財產(chǎn)。此外，法院裁判結(jié)果還指出，該裁定書送達后立即執(zhí)行，如不服裁定，可向本院申請復(fù)議一次，復(fù)議期間不停止裁定的執(zhí)行。

▌老干媽聲明：沒有商業(yè)合作，騰訊被騙了

????????6月30日晚間，老干媽公司相關(guān)負(fù)責(zé)人回應(yīng)稱，公司從未與騰訊公司或授權(quán)他人與騰訊公司就“老干媽”品牌簽署《聯(lián)合市場推廣合作協(xié)議》，且從未與騰訊公司進行過任何商業(yè)合作。老干媽公司還表示，已經(jīng)向警方報案。
