ACQUITY 各組件無(wú)法與 DHCP 建立通訊
Ping IP 地址顯示未接收到信號(hào)
從 DHCP 中刪除模塊后,關(guān)閉電源再重新打開(kāi)電源后,名稱(chēng)和序列號(hào)不會(huì)填充在 DHCP 中

原因
一個(gè)或多個(gè)模塊與主機(jī)失去通訊
解決方法
請(qǐng)檢查所有以太網(wǎng)連接
清除 DHCP;重新啟動(dòng) PC
重新啟動(dòng) ACQUITY 各組件;檢查 DHCP 響應(yīng)。
如果未與 DHCP 建立通訊,請(qǐng)檢查 NIC 連接和/或設(shè)置。
根據(jù)用于 MassLynx 和 Empower 控制的以太網(wǎng)儀器的 Windows 7 專(zhuān)業(yè)版 64 位安裝和配置設(shè)置以太網(wǎng)/防火墻設(shè)置
重新啟動(dòng) PC 和 ACQUITY 各組件的電源。通訊應(yīng)恢復(fù)

SYMPTOMS
ACQUITY components are unable to establish communications with DHCP
Pinging IP addresses indicates no signal received
When a module is deleted from DHCP, powered off and back on, the name and serial number does not populate in DHCP
ENVIRONMENT
Empower 3 Standalone
MassLynx
CAUSE
One or more modules has lost communication with host computer
FIX or WORKAROUND
Check all Ethernet connections
Clear out DHCP; reboot the PC
Reboot ACQUITY components; check DHCP response.
If no communication with DHCP, check the NIC connection and/or settings.
Set Ethernet/firewall settings according to Windows 7 Professional 64 Bit Installation and Configuration for MassLynx and Empower Controlled Ethernet Instruments
Reboot the PC and power-cycle the ACQUITY components. Communications should resume
