The working principle and process of a clean oven
1、 Product Introduction
A clean drying oven is a special cleaning equipment that provides a high-temperature purification environment. The air inside the oven is enclosed and self circulated, and is repeatedly filtered by a high-temperature resistant air temperature filter to keep the drying chamber in a dust-free state. This series of ovens can be divided into two types: self cleaning efficient type and clean type, which are characterized by front and rear door opening mode. The air inlet and outlet are equipped with efficient filtration, internal heated air circulation, door opening interlock, etc.

3、 Working principle
The air circulation system adopts a dual motor horizontal circulation air supply method, with uniform and efficient air circulation. The air source is driven by a circulating air supply motor (using a contactless switch) to drive the wind wheel( Φ 230) Through an electric heater, the hot air is sent out, and then through an air duct to the oven chamber. The used air is then sucked into the air duct as a source of air for further circulation and heating. Ensure uniformity of indoor temperature. When the temperature value fluctuates due to the action of opening and closing the door, the air supply circulation system can quickly restore the operating temperature value.

4、 Workflow
(1). After connecting to the power supply, the heating switch can be turned on. Set the temperature, and then?the inside temperature will start to rise.
(2). After reaching the temperature, a certain period of constant temperature can be maintained according to the experimental needs. During this process, the clean oven can be automatically controlled by a temperature controller without personal management.
(3) When the clean oven is at a constant temperature, the high temperature switch should be turned?off , leaving only one set of electric heaters to work to avoid excessive power and affecting the accuracy of the constant temperature. When the working temperature is less than 150 ℃, only one set of heaters needs to work, and the high temperature switch should be turned off.
(4). When the temperature rises to the required operating temperature, adjust the knob to the green light off, and then adjust it until the green light returns to light. The constant temperature point is where the indicator light alternately turns on and off. At this point, you can adjust the knob to the green light off position to keep it constant. It is likely that the temperature will continue to rise at a constant temperature, which is affected by residual heat.
