????????據(jù)《紐約時(shí)報(bào)》報(bào)道，當(dāng)?shù)貢r(shí)間8日，哈佛大學(xué)和麻省理工學(xué)院向美國政府提起訴訟，要求立即暫停有關(guān)在美國際留學(xué)生“若只修網(wǎng)課需轉(zhuǎn)到有線下課程的學(xué)校否則必須離境；身在海外只修線上課程的不得入境美國”的規(guī)定。

????????哈佛大學(xué)和麻省理工學(xué)院表示，訴訟的理由是該規(guī)定違反了《行政程序法》，缺乏證明該政策合理的證據(jù)，且沒有預(yù)先知會公眾并廣泛征求意見。

????????這兩所大學(xué)認(rèn)為，這項(xiàng)政策是出于政治動(dòng)機(jī)，會使高等教育陷入混亂。
