一、藥物靶點(diǎn)篩選

1.主要常用數(shù)據(jù)庫

（1）TCMSP（https://old.tcmsp-e.com/tcmsp.php）

①在搜索框選擇搜索類型，并輸入所需搜索的內(nèi)容。（例：Rhamnocitrin）

②點(diǎn)擊搜索的藥物或成份。

③“Related targets”即為篩選出的相關(guān)靶點(diǎn)。

④依次點(diǎn)開篩選出的相關(guān)靶點(diǎn)，以“Target name”為搜索詞，前往Uniproy網(wǎng)站（https://www.uniprot.org/）翻譯基因名。

⑤在左側(cè)選擇Human，第一行Gene Names的粗體即為所需基因名。（例：NOS2）

⑥將所有翻譯后的基因名整理進(jìn)EXCEL備用。

（2）ETCM（http://www.tcmip.cn/ETCM/index.php/Home/Index/index.html）

①搜索藥物或成分。

②點(diǎn)擊搜索出的藥物或成分。

③將Candidate Target Genes中的基因復(fù)制到EXCEL備用。

（3）Pubchem（https://pubchem.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/）

①搜索藥物或成分。

②點(diǎn)擊搜索出的藥物或成分。

③在“Chemical-Gene Co-Occurrences in Literature”欄目下點(diǎn)擊“View More Co-Occurrence and Evidence Data”。

④右鍵基因，點(diǎn)擊“在新標(biāo)簽頁中打開鏈接”。

⑤將基因名復(fù)制到EXCEL備用，其他基因同上。

⑥復(fù)制“Canonical SMILES”欄目下的分子式，備用。

（4）Swiss Target Prediction（http://www.swisstargetprediction.ch/index.php）

①選擇“Homo sapiens”，在下方搜索框中粘貼在Pubchem中復(fù)制的分子式，按回車鍵。

②點(diǎn)擊導(dǎo)出EXCEL。（如圖中紅框）

③打開下載好的EXCEL文件，將Common name下的基因復(fù)制到EXCEL中備用。
