Purpose of this Role:
This role will work as a CAM (Customer Account Manager) being the primary IT contact on site and accountable for the implementation and/or support of technology infrastructure including hardware, software, and administrative/corporate systems for Greater China area. This person must effectively coordinate and/or manage third-party to diagnose issues and provide the primary support to end users with exceptional customer service. In addition, this position will be responsible for collecting low to medium IT demands and coordinate technical projects within their assigned expertise.
Since this role reports to global and regional leaders, good command of oral and written English is a must.

Key Accountabilities:
Be the primary contact on site and the Corporate IT representative for the end-users.
Coordinate and/or manage third-party support and equipment vendors.
Monitor and prioritize/escalate IT requests and incidents using an IT support request system. Perform support actions and follow up solution with local business areas.
Collect low to medium complexity new IT demands from local business areas, and work with corporate IT to prioritize and engage the Appropriate resources to perform required tasks.
Performs other duties or coordinate special projects as assigned.
Approve and control the IT annual budget straight aligned with Corporate IT.
In case of third-party support SLA failure, shall escalate the issues Appropriately.
Assist management level with onboarding procedures.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hardware, software and network contracts and supervise contract-based installations.
Strong knowledge to diagnose and resolve issues related to IT infrastructure, office softwares and local/corporate systems, including network, telecom, video conferencing systems.
Conduct research on computer products in support of procurement and development efforts. Evaluate and recommend resources and solutions for purchase.
Recommend, schedule, and perform equipment and system improvements, upgrades, and repairs jointly with third-parties.
Assist in developing long-term strategies and capacity planning for meeting future technology needs.
HRP/ESS system development to support internal management efficiency.
Align with P3E concept and tool to have proper working flow to fully control demanding of IT and design the efficient solution to save time and cost.
Promote best practice sharing and build synergy across sites.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor degree of Computer Science or related major in information management
Experience: 8 years’ experience of IT infrastructure, service management & deployment projects, including SLM (Service Level Management) experience and 3rd party contract management experience,??similar role in MNC is preferred
Language: Fluent English and Mandarin in both writing and speaking
