最近，許多賣家詢問(wèn)CPC認(rèn)證提交審核后，還是不通過(guò)，明明自己提交CPC認(rèn)證和相關(guān)資料，依然被拒絕。

已經(jīng)提交了相關(guān)的CPC以及CPSC還有注冊(cè)卡等相關(guān)資料，跟蹤標(biāo)簽也有按照亞馬遜的需求做了，但是提交之后一直反饋的跟蹤標(biāo)簽不包括以下內(nèi)容：

· 顯示永久貼在實(shí)物產(chǎn)品上的跟蹤標(biāo)簽的圖像。

· 圖像顯示跟蹤標(biāo)簽永久貼在產(chǎn)品包裝上。

· 位于美國(guó)的制造商或自有品牌商(分銷商)名稱和地址

· 有關(guān)制造過(guò)程的詳細(xì)信息，例如批次或運(yùn)行編號(hào)，或其他識(shí)別特征

為什么美國(guó)兒童玩具需要追蹤標(biāo)簽？

根據(jù)CPSIA修正案的要求，全部的兒童產(chǎn)品必須在產(chǎn)品和包裝上加貼溯源標(biāo)簽（跟蹤標(biāo)簽），并且標(biāo)簽必須清晰容易辨認(rèn)。以下為具體完整的展示內(nèi)容：

●溯源標(biāo)簽：所有兒童商品必須具有易辨認(rèn)的永久性標(biāo)志（又稱“追蹤標(biāo)簽”），這些標(biāo)志貼在商品和商品包裝上，且字體清晰可辨，并且必須提供某些識(shí)別信息。

●警告標(biāo)簽：對(duì)于供三歲至六歲兒童使用的玩具或游戲，需要提供警告或警告標(biāo)簽。警告聲明可以警告潛在買家可能存在潛在的危險(xiǎn)。

●耐用嬰兒或著幼兒產(chǎn)品例如：嬰兒學(xué)步車、浴椅、搖籃、嬰兒床、高腳椅等的進(jìn)口商、制造商和自有品牌商，除了需要滿足基本溯源標(biāo)簽要求之外，還必須附加產(chǎn)品標(biāo)記和產(chǎn)品注冊(cè)卡 。

那么，除了缺少追蹤標(biāo)簽和信息CPC不通過(guò)的原因還有哪些？

首先需要查看你的CPC證書是否按要求包含以下七點(diǎn)信息：

1、產(chǎn)品信息；

2、產(chǎn)品適用的所有的法規(guī)和條列；

3、進(jìn)口商或制造商（美國(guó)本土）的信息：包括名稱、地址和電話；

4、支撐證書的檢測(cè)結(jié)果檔案持有人的聯(lián)系信息：名稱、地址、郵箱地址和電話。（通常可以理解為美國(guó)本土以外的制造商）；

5、產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)日期和地址，生產(chǎn)日期必須到年月，地址必須到城市；

6、檢測(cè)時(shí)間和地址或者證書基于的檢測(cè)報(bào)告

7、第三方檢測(cè)機(jī)構(gòu)信息（CPSC認(rèn)可的實(shí)驗(yàn)室）：名稱、地址、聯(lián)系電話。

如果你的證書包含了以上信息還是被拒了，則需要根據(jù)亞馬遜的回復(fù)郵件內(nèi)容針對(duì)性解決。

亞馬遜回復(fù)郵件

1、年齡問(wèn)題

We noticed that the Age Grade listed on the detail page [AGE:12.00 under attribute: manufacturer_minimum_age] does not match the Tested Age Grade [AGE:5+ years] in the submitted test reports for

原因：Listing后臺(tái)年齡與證書年齡不匹配（或Listing后臺(tái)缺少產(chǎn)品的適用年齡描述），在后臺(tái)把年齡修改與證書上的一致。

2、警告語(yǔ)問(wèn)題

In order to list these toys on Amazon, please apply by submitting the following item.Please update CPSIA Warning Attribute in detail page.

原因：產(chǎn)品頁(yè)面編輯頁(yè)面CPSIA那欄沒有填寫內(nèi)容，需要下拉選擇適合自己產(chǎn)品的Warning警示語(yǔ)！

3、進(jìn)口商信息問(wèn)題

The CPC submitted is missing required information. To move forward with the approvals process for your product, please resubmit the document with the following updated information:

US importer or domestic manufacturer name, mailing address, contact information located in United States.

原因：CPC證書內(nèi)缺少進(jìn)口商信息，需要提供美代信息。

4、商品型號(hào)或者ASIN不匹配

Product description or product identifier enabling us to make an accurate determination that the certificate is issued for the correct product.

原因：提示CPC證書里面缺少ASIN或產(chǎn)品型號(hào)和product description（產(chǎn)品描述），導(dǎo)致無(wú)法將CPC測(cè)試報(bào)告和Listing建立上聯(lián)系，修改后臺(tái)或者CPC認(rèn)證報(bào)告的內(nèi)容。

5、測(cè)試結(jié)果維護(hù)聯(lián)系人

Contact information for the individual maintaining records, including name, full mailing address, email address,and telephone number.

原因：CPC證書上缺少測(cè)試結(jié)果維護(hù)聯(lián)系人的相關(guān)信息，在CPC證書上加上測(cè)試結(jié)果維護(hù)聯(lián)系人信息就可以了。

6、CPC證書蓋章問(wèn)題

In order to move forward with the approval process, please submit the Children’s Product Certificate (CPC) that is issued by the manufacturer, importer, or private labeler based on the guidelines stated in the Consumer Product Safety Commission website.

The CPC that has been previously provided cannot be accepted as it is issued from the testing laboratory.

原因：CPC的本質(zhì)是一份自我聲明，是由進(jìn)口商或者制作商簽發(fā)的（實(shí)際操作中，多數(shù)情況都是由貿(mào)易商自主簽發(fā)），只有CPC的測(cè)試報(bào)告是由檢測(cè)機(jī)構(gòu)蓋章簽發(fā)的。所以不能用檢測(cè)機(jī)構(gòu)蓋章的CPC證書，用了大概率過(guò)不了審核。

7、合規(guī)文件缺少問(wèn)題

In order to review your documents related to Product Assurance of Toys, please submit them on Vendor Central using the following steps:

http://1.In Vendor Central, click the Items menu, and then select Vendor Certificates

2.Click on Missing Compliance Documents;

3.Search for the affected ASIN and then;

4.Click Add to upload the documents.

原因：不要在CASE中回復(fù)內(nèi)容和提交文件，需要在菜單目錄欄找到查看銷售申請(qǐng)，再找到被拒絕的ASIN，重新提交證書進(jìn)行審核。

8、缺少電池測(cè)試問(wèn)題

Please be informed that we are unable to move forward with the approval process until the following required documentation is provided:

Kindly provide the following outstanding items as per ASTM F963-17:

? 4.25- Battery Operated Toys

If you feel your product is exempt from the above sections/requirements, please provide a statement from your lab or regulation exempting your product for our review.

原因：電動(dòng)玩具的測(cè)試標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，除了ASTM F963-16/17和CPSIA，還需要做電池部分的ASTM Section 4.25關(guān)于電池驅(qū)動(dòng)和電池部分的測(cè)試，若測(cè)試報(bào)告缺乏這項(xiàng)測(cè)試，會(huì)導(dǎo)致無(wú)法過(guò)審。（產(chǎn)品是內(nèi)置電池、外接干電池、USB供電、直插供電的都需要做這個(gè)測(cè)試項(xiàng)目）。

9、產(chǎn)品圖片信息問(wèn)題

Please be informed that we can only accept product images. Therefore, kindly take clear photo of the product and product packaging clearly displaying:

* Manufacturer Name

* Manufacturer Address

* Warning label (as applicable)

原因：亞馬遜要求的第一項(xiàng)商品圖片中，產(chǎn)品的實(shí)拍圖需要清楚地體現(xiàn)出制造商名稱、制造商地址和警告標(biāo)語(yǔ)等，（注意：不同年齡段，警告語(yǔ)格式有要求）

10、注冊(cè)卡信息問(wèn)題

The registration card submitted for your product did not include all of the following:

? Name of the manufacturer or private labeler

? Date of manufacture

? Manufacturer contact information(U.S. address and telephone number, toll-free if available)

? Model name and number

原因：沒有提供注冊(cè)卡，或者是注冊(cè)卡的信息填寫錯(cuò)誤導(dǎo)致。涉及到需要提供注冊(cè)卡的商品一般是耐用的嬰兒消費(fèi)品，并且危險(xiǎn)程度相對(duì)較高。比如圍欄、門欄、背帶、學(xué)步車、搖籃等等（不同的產(chǎn)品填寫信息不同，請(qǐng)勿隨便填寫）。

11、缺少相關(guān)標(biāo)識(shí)問(wèn)題

The picture must contain all the following relevant information: safety information and registration card, compliance signs (including tracking labels), commodity hazard warning.

原因：圖片沒有包含所有以下相關(guān)信息：安全信息和注冊(cè)卡、合規(guī)標(biāo)志（包括追蹤標(biāo)簽）、商品危險(xiǎn)警告。（此項(xiàng)內(nèi)容比較多，涉及個(gè)人經(jīng)驗(yàn)）
