磷脂-聚乙二醇-巰基DSPE-PEG-SH是一種在另一個(gè)PEG末端具有巰基的活性磷脂PEG試劑。DSPE（1,2-二硬脂酰-sn-甘油-3-磷酸乙醇胺）是一種飽和的18C磷脂，常用于脂質(zhì)體的合成。聚乙二醇（PEG）偶聯(lián)DSPE具有親水性，可用于藥物傳遞、基因轉(zhuǎn)染和生物分子修飾,磷脂的聚乙二醇化顯著改善了膠囊藥物的血液循環(huán)時(shí)間和穩(wěn)定性。巰基與馬來酰亞胺生成硫醚鍵，與巰基吡啶反應(yīng)得到二硫鍵，還可以用于修飾納米金粒子。
