二、Reaction characteristics:
DOTA-PEG4 Methyl tetrazine contains DOTA and methyltetrazine groups. Tetrazine is a six membered heterocyclic compound with four nitrogen atoms, unstable, and has the molecular formula C2H2N4. The four nitrogen atoms in DOTA and the carboxyl group in acetic acid on the nitrogen atom can coordinate with metals, making it a commonly used bifunctional chelating agent. Reagents with PEG arms will increase the hydrophilicity of the compound.
