Floating your business on a stock market involves selling a percentage of your business in the form of shares, which are subsequently traded.
Before you even consider floating your business on the stock market, you need to determine whether it is suitable and ready for life on a public market.
Investors will only be interested in buying shares in companies that have secure earning streams and strong growth prospects. (盈利能力,良好預期)
They will look for a good rate of return on any investment but will require a hinger rate of return from an unproven, smaller business than from a larfe established company to compensate for the greater risks involved.
It is harder to guarantee a successful investment in companies new to the market.
Smaller companies are more likely to suffer should market or financial conditions change-making investmet in them risky.
If you feel your business is not at the right stage of development or will not be able to meet investor expectations of growth, you may want to consider other financing options.

A string of fianacial incentives has been set up to facilitate the relocation.
Relocation packages can be offered to employeesunder a number of different circumstances.
Existing employees of a company may be offered a relocation package if their employers are moving premises.
If an employee is offered the chance to work abroad then relocation packages are usually expected as a right.
The actual contents of a relocation package will depend on the employer.
What is included can sometimes be dependent on how badly the employer wants the new employee.

Employers may also pay hotel fees while the employee looks for new accommodation.
Will rent be paid as part of relocation package?
Employers will often be open to paying accommodation costs such as rent for an initial period.
Acccommodation costs are normally included in relocation packages.
This can be a very cost saving benefit especially if employees are moving to large cities such as London where rental costs are high.
All of the terms and conditions of relocation package should be included in employment contracts or in a separate relocation contract.
