Test Reports must include detailed color photographs. The photographs generally should include:

5. Close-up of plug (including markings) or a copy of a relevant Certificate of Conformity;
插頭（包括標(biāo)識(shí)部分）的局部特寫(xiě)視圖，或者相關(guān)合規(guī)證書(shū)復(fù)印件；

6. Cord markings or a copy of a relevant Certificate of Conformity;
電線(xiàn)標(biāo)識(shí)或者相關(guān)合規(guī)證書(shū)復(fù)印件；

7. Cord entry into product;

8. Internal overall layout including wiring and component locations;
