The darkness of the firmament which completely shrouded every part of the world, as if cast a pall on the earth suddenly put on a thick veil which bore a striking resemblance to another layer of black sky as numberless unidentified objects which were not semblances of earthly things were swarming in from the far end of the sky where the sun had finished its westering today, droning onwards and earthwards in token of carrying out a massacre and a massive destruction to humanity and the advanced cultures before the top pre-warning system which was ever efficacious managed to alert the whole staff of the base of the Space-Guards. Thanks to the high vigilance of the chief, so profound and well-experienced in defending against potential enemies, the staff members were timely commanded by fit of his thunderous shouting to return to the base to be in position against the incoming potential enemies which must be aliens as the chief deemed with prodigious resolution. IKA, having her eyes rivetted on the naked body of the unknown and mysterious and half-untoward visitor, found it nearly impossible to take her eyes off him and return?to her position according to the command of exigence, and stood there motionless with her feet rooted to the ground.
‘Ika, what’s happening? Why not act in response to the order?’ Shouted the chief who was running toward the base and suddenly turned around to vociferate imperious order at her upon realizing her inactiveness at the first order. Astonishment came to the unperturbed chief as he believed that IKA must be possessed with evil spirit or as if listening to siren’s enthralling summoning with rapt attention and without going to lend her a helping hand, she would probably be killed by those probable aliens flying high in the sky, whose spearhead squad were already hovering in the nearby part of the sky, poising to swoop to potentially attack living creatures on the land.
‘Go, Ika.’ He dragged in the direction of the base by the waist her who was so loath to leave the naked half-corpse alone.
‘No. Leave me be with him. He must be a human in need of help.’ Rejoined she who was incontinently moving backward by the mighty force of the chief.
‘It cannot be a human. Were he a human, he would’ve already been burnt to ashes and how could he show you his body so unscathed??It must be a trick and he must be one of the alien invaders from an unknown space. If he is a true human, he can probably save himself with his superhuman power. Don’t be so discomposed. Obey my order!’ Shouted the chief who was trudging forth as he was still dragging this adult woman of encumbrance. Before he managed to finish his speech, a monstrous alien creature whizzed by them, with a near miss to collision and a tenth of a second belated, both of them would’ve been crashed to death.
