Fluorescin（Solvent Yellow 94）熒光標(biāo)記應(yīng)用廣，為黃色結(jié)晶，吸收光波長(zhǎng)為490~495nm，發(fā)射光波長(zhǎng)520~530nm，可呈現(xiàn)明亮的黃綠色熒光。FITC有兩種異構(gòu)體：異構(gòu)體I, 即 5-異硫氰酸熒光素或5-FITC異構(gòu)體II,即6-異硫氰酸熒光素或6-FITC
異硫氰酸熒光素通常是由其中一種異構(gòu)體或者有時(shí)是兩種異構(gòu)體的混合物構(gòu)成。早在1942年，F(xiàn)ITC
