家用炊具CE認(rèn)證（歐盟強(qiáng)制認(rèn)證）－簡(jiǎn)介

在歐盟市場(chǎng)“CE”標(biāo)志屬強(qiáng)制性認(rèn)證標(biāo)志，以表明產(chǎn)品符合歐盟《技術(shù)協(xié)調(diào)與標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化新方法》指令的基本要求。這是歐盟法律對(duì)產(chǎn)品提出的一種強(qiáng)制性要求。

在家用炊具加貼CE標(biāo)志不但可以證明其產(chǎn)品符合建筑產(chǎn)品指令（CPR 305/2011/EU）及其相關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)（歐洲協(xié)調(diào)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)EN 12815）規(guī)定的安全，環(huán)保，衛(wèi)生和消費(fèi)者保護(hù)。而且可以合理規(guī)避貿(mào)易技術(shù)壁壘，在歐洲市場(chǎng)自由銷售并打開其他國際市場(chǎng)。

注：歐盟建筑法規(guī)CPR（Construction Product Regulation） 305/2011/EU 全面取代歐盟建筑產(chǎn)品指令CPD(Construction Product Directive) 106/89/EEC, 并且從2013年7月1日起強(qiáng)制執(zhí)行

This European Standard specifies requirements relating to the design，manufacture，construction,performance (efficiency and emission),，safety，instructions and marking together with associated testmethods and test fuels for type testing residential independent boilers fired by solid fuel.

This standard is applicable to hand and automatically fired appliances having nominal heat outputs up to 50kW, the primary function of which is to provide hot water for central heating andor domestic use, and whichare designed for use only with open vented systems at a working pressure not exceeding 2 bar. In addition totheir primary function of providing hot water these appliances also provide space heating to the place ofinstallation. These appliances may burn cither solid mineral fuels, peat briquettes or natural or manufacturedwood logs or be multi-fuel in accordance with the appliance manufacturer 's instructions.

This standard is not applicable to independent boilers for hot water only production and having heat outputsof less than 5 kW.

This standard is also not applicable to the design and construction of automatic stoking devices.

本歐洲標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)定了與設(shè)計(jì)、制造、結(jié)構(gòu)、性能(效率和排放)、安全、說明和標(biāo)記以及相關(guān)的測(cè)試方法和測(cè)試燃料有關(guān)的要求，用于固體燃料燃燒的住宅獨(dú)立鍋爐的型式測(cè)試。

本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)適用于標(biāo)稱熱輸出不超過50kW的手動(dòng)和自動(dòng)燃燒器具，其主要功能是為集中供暖和/或家庭使用提供熱水，并且設(shè)計(jì)僅用于工作壓力不超過2bar的開式通風(fēng)系統(tǒng)。除了提供熱水的主要功能外，這些設(shè)備還為安裝場(chǎng)所提供空間加熱。這些器具可以燃燒固體礦物燃料、泥煤壓塊或天然或人造原木，也可以根據(jù)器具制造商的說明使用多種燃料。

本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)不適用于僅生產(chǎn)熱水且熱輸出小于5kw的獨(dú)立鍋爐。

本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)也不適用于自動(dòng)裝料裝置的設(shè)計(jì)和構(gòu)造。

1、確定需要認(rèn)證的產(chǎn)品類型，提交申請(qǐng)

2、確定歐洲產(chǎn)品指令，住宅獨(dú)立鍋爐需符合新的歐盟建筑產(chǎn)品法規(guī)CPR 305/2011/EU

3、確定歐洲協(xié)調(diào)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，住宅獨(dú)立鍋爐需符合協(xié)調(diào)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)EN 12815

4、根據(jù)CPR指令和協(xié)調(diào)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)EN 12815進(jìn)行測(cè)試評(píng)估

5、獲得由歐盟公告機(jī)構(gòu)頒發(fā)的測(cè)試報(bào)告和證書

6、發(fā)放產(chǎn)品性能聲明(Declaration of Performance)

7、在產(chǎn)品包裝上加貼帶公告機(jī)構(gòu)編碼的CE標(biāo)志

8、在歐洲市場(chǎng)自由銷售
