Eligibility criteria for intermediate-skilled workers – Atlantic Immigration Pilot

1. Find out if you’re eligible
Work experience
In the last 3 years, you must have worked at least?1,560?hours. This is how many hours you would have worked in 1?year if you worked 30?hours per week. 過去3年工作至少1560小時(shí)

Here is how to calculate your hours:
Count hours worked in part-time and full-time jobs.? 兼職工作和全職工作的小時(shí)總數(shù)
The hours must be in one occupation, but they can be with different employers.必須是同種工作,不過可以是不同的雇主,也就是你做大廚,可以干兩份,但是不能一個(gè)做大廚,一個(gè)做快遞
You must have been paid for these hours. Volunteering or unpaid internships don’t count. 必須是有工資的工作,志愿者工作或者不給錢的實(shí)習(xí)工作不算
Don’t count hours when you were self-employed. 自雇的工作時(shí)長不算
These working hours can be inside or outside Canada.? 在加拿大和不在加拿大都算,不明白,這咋回事?
The hours must have been accumulated over a period of at least 12?months. 必須要滿12個(gè)月么?
Any periods of?self-employment?will not be included when calculating the period of qualifying work experience. 自雇不算,剛才不是說了么
You can use your work experience to qualify for the Atlantic Intermediate-Skilled Program in 2?different ways.
Option?1
You have work experience at?National Occupational Classification (NOC)?skill level?C. 你有這方面的經(jīng)驗(yàn)吧 NOC
NOC skill level C is a type of job that usually requires a secondary (high school) education and/or job-specific training, such as: 一般這種NOC的工作都要經(jīng)過專業(yè)的職業(yè)培訓(xùn),我猜藍(lán)翔這種

You have work experience as one of the following:
as a registered nurse or registered psychiatric nurse (NOC skill level?A?3012)? 注冊護(hù)士
as a licensed practical nurse (NOC skill level?B?3233) 又是一種護(hù)士,不懂
You also have one of the following job offers:
a nurse’s aide, orderly or patient services associate (NOC skill level?C?3413) 有助理護(hù)士或者xx職業(yè)(不懂)的job offer

Education
You must have?1?of the following: 以下一種就行
a Canadian secondary (high school) or post-secondary certificate, diploma or degree from a recognized institution? 加拿大的高中學(xué)歷或者,大學(xué)學(xué)歷,大專?
a foreign degree, diploma, or certificate equal to a Canadian credential. You need an?educational credential assessment (ECA) report?from a recognized organization to show your credential is valid and equal to a Canadian credential. Language testing
You must take one of the language tests we approve. It will show you can communicate in English or French well enough to live and work in Canada. 得有語言測試

If you have taken an approved test, you can send those results if they:
are less than 2 years old? 2年內(nèi)測試過有效
show you meet the level the program requires 得通過最低要求
Proof of funds 有資金證明
You need to have enough money to support yourself and your family when you get to Canada. The amount you need depends on the size of your family. The size of your family also includes anyone you support who isn’t immigrating with you.? 得帶夠錢
Learn?how much money you should have?when you arrive in Canada.
If you’re already living and working in Canada with a valid work permit, you?don’t?need to show proof.? 你要是已經(jīng)在加拿大了,或者有工作簽,就不用資金證明了
2. Get a job offer
You must have a job offer that meets all of these requirements:
The job offer was made using the?Offer of Employment to a Foreign National [IMM?5650] (PDF, 1.55?MB)?form.? 有個(gè)這樣的 job offer
The employer has been designated as an employer taking part in the AIP by the Atlantic province where you’ll be working (New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Nova Scotia, or Prince Edward Island). They must have a Confirmation of Designation from the province. 雇主得再AIPP的指定企業(yè)列表里邊,還得在海洋四省里邊,需要省里的確認(rèn)(確認(rèn)你的雇主在指定列表里邊)
The job must be?full-time, meaning you’ll work at least 30 paid hours per week. 必須是全職工作,也就是說一周至少30小時(shí)
The job must be?non-seasonal. In general, this means you have consistent and regularly scheduled paid employment throughout the year. 不能是季節(jié)的工作,就是你一年有連續(xù)的穩(wěn)定收入
The job is skill type/level?0, A, B or C under the?NOC.? 這幾種類型的工作吧,不太知道這些工作是啥
Your employment is permanent, that is, there is no set end date. 工作是長期合同吧,沒有到期時(shí)間(這邊合同有contract有到期時(shí)間的和 permanent 沒有固定期限的)
You must meet employment requirements for the job you are offered. You can find these requirements in the?NOC. The job doesn’t need to be in the same NOC as other jobs you’ve had.? ?你得合格吧
3. Submit your application? 提交申請,不翻譯了,困了
When you and the employer have completed all the steps, you can submit your permanent residence application.
To save time,?start filling in your application before all of the steps are completed. Gather the documents that go with your application as soon as you can.
