?

Symbolism: ?Unanimity & Harmony
?
“He who lives in harmony with himself lives in harmony with the universe.”
—— Marcus Aurelius
?
From the Greek word for “flame”, the phlox flower has been cherished since ancient times. Pliny the Elder included a description of phlox in his encyclopedia of agriculture. Phlox are indigenous to North America and have long been utilized by Native Americans for decoration, cooking and herbal medicine. Europeans were introduced to phlox in 1725 at the Chelsea Botanic Gardens, where people were immediately taken with its charm and delightful fragrance. Because of the close clusters of its many flowerets, the phlox came to symbolize unanimity and harmony.

Inspirational Message:
One single flower does not make a bouquet. One voice alone cannot create harmony. It’s amazing what you can accomplish when you work in unity, combining the flames of your own passion with others’energy and talents.
