淺談安科瑞IoT電能管理系統(tǒng)性解決方案應用于馬來西亞某工廠 安科瑞周靜嫻
1.?應用場景Application Scenario
??對工廠的三相用電設備的用電量進行采集并上傳至系統(tǒng)， 從而使用戶能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)在PC上就能通過IoT EMS系統(tǒng)查看設備用電情況。
??2.?技術(shù)選型 Technical Selection
??2.1三相回路電壓為415Vac L-L，額定電流不超過80A AC，三相四線接線，電表方面選型三相帶RS485（MODBUS-RTU）通訊的電表ADL400。
??2.2工廠經(jīng)確認后WiFi覆蓋條件較好，頻段為2.4GHz，方便提供220Vac供電，網(wǎng)關(guān)選用AWT100-WiFi搭配POW模塊。支持廣播自動抄表以便后續(xù)下行設備的添加。該網(wǎng)關(guān)上行為4GHz WiFi，采用MODBUS-RTU over TCP的透傳通訊協(xié)議。下行為RS485通訊，采用MODBUS-RTU協(xié)議，從而與ADL400配合對數(shù)據(jù)進行上傳至云服務器通向系統(tǒng)。
??2.3測試階段服務器使用我司已經(jīng)租用的亞馬遜云服務器以節(jié)省客戶預算。
??For pilot project phase, cloud server is highly recommended to use our company’s cloud server which has been rent on Amazon to save the customers’ budget on testing phase.
??2.4根據(jù)需求系統(tǒng)選用IoT EMS系統(tǒng)，并提供3個月試用以便客戶測試。
??According to the request, IoT Energy Management System will be the most appropriate one and can provide 3-month free trial for testing use.
??3.?初期方案架構(gòu)Pilot Project Solution Structure

??If pilot project proved to be successful, later plan should be as below:
??4.1云托管方案：綜合考慮云服務器租用成本以及點位數(shù)量不多的情況，云方案推薦為系統(tǒng)軟件選用托管，云服務器依舊使用我司的云服務器。硬件設備層無需改動，只需后續(xù)增訂ADL400三相電能表，若點位數(shù)量需求較多，根據(jù)情況配套增訂AWT100-WiFi網(wǎng)關(guān)。
??Cloud Hosting Service Solution: Considering about the comprehensive cost of renting the cloud server and the amount of monitoring circuits, deployment of cloud IoT Energy Management System should be paired with hosting service. In this situation, customer don’t need to afford the rent of cloud server and will use our own cloud server. Also, for the hardware of this solution, no change need be done just like in the pilot project solution structure. Customer only need to order more ADL400 3-phase energy meter and maybe paired AWT100-WiFi gateway according to the number of subsequent request.
??4.2本地買斷方案：若客戶對數(shù)據(jù)保密性比較有想法，后期推薦方向為IoT系統(tǒng)買斷服務，服務器架設本地服務器并搭配工業(yè)交換機與UPS電源。硬件設備層電表依舊推薦ADL400，特殊型號ADF400L不推薦使用，原因是在三相四線接線為直通式接線而非互感器接入時，ADF400L的測量模塊需求數(shù)量較多，無法減少成本。網(wǎng)關(guān)方面根據(jù)后期點位數(shù)量增配AWT100-CE或者APort100.
