美國家用商用電池標準UL2054 (Ed.3)第3版于2021年11月17日正式發(fā)布,此次標準較比上一版(第2版)更新的重要內(nèi)容如下:

更新一:

Added general construction requirements for wiring and terminals; 6.3
增加線材和端子的一般結(jié)構(gòu)要求,涉及6.3章節(jié)。

當考慮到電池組內(nèi)導(dǎo)線可能承受的溫度、電流和電壓時,導(dǎo)線應(yīng)該絕緣且可接受;接線頭和連接處應(yīng)通過機械方式緊固,并應(yīng)提供電氣接觸,且在連接和端子上沒有應(yīng)力。導(dǎo)線應(yīng)該安全,并遠離鋒利的邊緣或其他可能危及導(dǎo)線絕緣的部分。

標準原文:
6.3.1 Wiring shall be insulated and acceptable for the purpose, when considered with respect to temperature, current, and voltage to which the wiring is likely to be subjected within the battery pack.

6.3.2 The wiring splice or connection shall be mechanically secured and shall provide electrical contact without strain on connections and terminals. Wiring shall be secured and routed away from sharp edges or other parts that may compromise wiring insulation.


更新二:

Made miscellaneous revisions throughout the Standard; Sections 2–5, 6.1.2– 6.1.4, 6.5.1, 8.1, 8.2, 11.10, 12.13, 13.3, 14.7, 15.2, 16.6, Section 23 title, 24.1, Appendix A.

更新三:

Clarified requirements for adhesive labels; Section 29, 30.1, 30.2

明確不干膠標簽的具體要求,涉及章節(jié):29, 30.1, 30.2

30.1 The markings required for compliance to this standard shall be legible and permanent such asetched, adhesive labels, etc. An adhesive-backed label shall comply with the requirements in UL 969, forthe intended exposure conditions and surface adhered to.

29標簽性能測試:基本等同于IEC/UL 62368-1中的標簽擦拭測試。

30.1:對于預(yù)期的暴露條件和粘貼的表面,不干膠標簽需要符合UL969的要求。

Exception: Adhesive labels may be alternately evaluated to the Label Permanence Test in Section 29.

例外:不干膠標簽可以按照第29章規(guī)定的標簽?zāi)途眯詼y試進行替代評估。


更新四:

Made Limited Power Source Test an optional requirement: 7.1.

LPS測試作為可選要求,涉及章節(jié):7.1

7.1 b) Section 15, Limited Power Source Test, is an optional requirement only carried out upon manufacturer’s request 7.1.

7.1 b) 第15章節(jié)LPS測試,是一個可選要求,僅當制造商提出要求時才進行測試。


更新五:

Clarified the external resistance in the test in 11.11.
明確11.11章節(jié)短路測試的阻抗要求。

11.11 One of the above five test sample battery packs, tested at 20 ±5 °C (68 ±9 °F) shall be evaluated with the following additional conditions in place. The terminals are to be subjected to a short circuit condition with a resistance that is capable of withstanding the short-circuit current and creating a short circuit condition with a total external resistance of 80 ±20 mΩ. The test is to be conducted on a tissue paper covered soft wood surface and the sample battery pack and bare conductor is to be covered with a single layer of cheesecloth.

變更前:

5個樣品中的1個樣品,在20±5°C條件下,用一根至少16AWG的裸銅線短路電池的端子,未明確裸銅線的阻抗。

變更后:

取消裸銅線的要求,明確短路回路阻抗為80±20mΩ。
