親愛(ài)的BioSciTools用戶，最近由于推進(jìn)其它項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度，畢業(yè)論文及畢業(yè)答辯比較忙，時(shí)隔半月帶來(lái)新的程序更新。新版本更新帶來(lái)2項(xiàng)新的聚類分析程序，幾乎涵蓋所有聚類算法及聚類可視化需求：
① ClusterPlot ② ClusterTree

1.1 Cluster Plot

ClusterPlot: 多維數(shù)據(jù)經(jīng)過(guò) kmeans, hclust, agnes, clara, diana, fanny, pam 等多種聚類算法進(jìn)行聚類分析，如經(jīng)典的基于距離聚類的kmeans和基于層級(jí)聚類的hclust，最終可視化聚類結(jié)果。

1.2 Cluster Tree

ClusterTree: 此程序只進(jìn)行層次聚類分析，包括hclust, agnes, diana等聚類算法，并以rectangle, circular, phylogenic三種樹(shù)狀圖進(jìn)行可視化。
