堿性成纖維細(xì)胞生長因子（basic fibroblast growth factor，bFGF）是成纖維細(xì)胞生長因子蛋白（fibroblast growth factors，F(xiàn)GFs）家族中的一員.目前已發(fā)現(xiàn)至少22種FGF，其中N3F-1（aFGF）、FGF-2（bFGF）及FGF-7的研究較為深入。

【FGF 2】重組人堿性成纖維細(xì)胞生長因子是哺乳動物和人體中一種非常微量的活性物質(zhì)，具有廣泛的生理功能和重要的臨床應(yīng)用價值.bFGF不僅能刺激新生血管形成，參與創(chuàng)傷愈合和組織重組，促進(jìn)胚胎組織發(fā)育和分化等，此外還與腫瘤的發(fā)生發(fā)展密切相關(guān).近年來，重組bFGF已被應(yīng)用于臨床治療創(chuàng)傷、潰瘍及神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)等疾病.
