重組人堿性成纖維細(xì)胞生長因子簡介(附文獻(xiàn))
堿性成纖維細(xì)胞生長因子(basic fibroblast growth factor,bFGF)是成纖維細(xì)胞生長因子蛋白(fibroblast growth factors,F(xiàn)GFs)家族中的一員.目前已發(fā)現(xiàn)至少22種FGF,其中N3F-1(aFGF)、FGF-2(bFGF)及FGF-7的研究較為深入。

【FGF 2】重組人堿性成纖維細(xì)胞生長因子是哺乳動物和人體中一種非常微量的活性物質(zhì),具有廣泛的生理功能和重要的臨床應(yīng)用價值.bFGF不僅能刺激新生血管形成,參與創(chuàng)傷愈合和組織重組,促進(jìn)胚胎組織發(fā)育和分化等,此外還與腫瘤的發(fā)生發(fā)展密切相關(guān).近年來,重組bFGF已被應(yīng)用于臨床治療創(chuàng)傷、潰瘍及神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)等疾病.
