介詞at表示在一點上，有聚焦、對準之意

1.介詞at+跟時間有關的點

at the same time 同時

at that time在那時；

at times 不時

at ( the ) first 最初, 起初；

at last 最后，終于

at ( the ) first sight (或 glance, appearance ) 乍一看；

at a moment's notice 一通知就……“；

at the thought of... 一想到(某人、某事)；

at breakfast (或 lunch ) 在吃早飯(或午飯等)。

2.介詞at+活動，如：會議、宴會、婚禮、茶話會、比賽等

at the meeting 在會上；

at the wedding 在婚禮上；

at the tea party 在茶話會上；

at a football match 在足球比賽上；

at the press conference 在新聞發(fā)布會上。

3.介詞at+數值，如年齡、價格、速度等物理量

at any cost 不惜任何代價；

at a rapid rate 以飛快的速度；

at a distance 在一定距離處；

at sea level 在海平線上。

at the age of her forties.

4.介詞at+極限點，后面跟形容詞最高級。

at ( the ) most 至多；

at ( the ) Ieast 至少；

at longest 最長或最久對；

at earliest (或 latest ) 最早(或最晚)：

at worst 最壞情況下；

at sb's best 在某人最好或全盛時；

at best 最好情況下或充其量；

at widest 最寬處；

5.介詞at+抽象名詞

be at rest 處于靜止狀態(tài)；

be at peace /war ) 處于和平/交戰(zhàn))狀態(tài)；

at a loss 不知所措。有時還表示“吃虧、受損失”。

at random 胡亂地，雜亂無章；

be at fault 有過錯；

be at sea 迷茫；

be at ( one's ) studies 在學習；

be at work 在工作

at table /meal/dinner 在吃飯；

at school/college 在上學、上大學；

at heart 在內心里，實際上。

at will 任意地，隨意地[由“處于聽從意志安排”引申過來]；

at large 逍遙法外，充分或詳細地，總的來說；

at length 最終，詳細地，啰嗦地；

at the very outside 至多，充其量。

動詞+介詞at

1.要用到眼睛的動詞，聚焦到

look at 觀看；

glance at 一瞥；

stare at 盯著看(某人、某物)；

aim at 瞄準；

這里的動詞aim可以用動詞詞組take aim at 進行替代

take aim at the enemy 瞄準故人。

point at 指著；

fire ( a gun ) at 向……開火；

shoot at 向…… 射擊；

2.移動的動詞，暗含奔向目標速度快、心情急

go at sb. 向某人撲去；

run at 向某人沖去；

rush at sb. 向某人沖去；

jump (或 leap ) at 躍向(某人)，引申義：找某人岔子，欣然抓住(機會等)，急忙接受(建議、工作等)；

fly at 飛快撲向(某人)；

cut at sb. 向某人砍去；

throw (或用 fling ) out questions at sb. 隨即向某人(激烈地)發(fā)問；

get at sb. 指責、攻擊或糾纏某人。

3.要用到嘴的動詞，暗含情緒強烈

talk at sb. 指桑罵槐說某人；

laugh at sb. 嘲笑某人；

shout at sb. 對著某人喊叫；

4.要用到手的動詞，暗含對準目標用力

grasp at 抓住 (繩子即 a rope 或機會即 the chance )；

catch (或 dive ) at a chance 抓住(或撲過去抓住)機會；

pull at the rope 用力拉或拉住繩子；

get at the meaning of the word 理解到這個詞義。

knock (或 beat，hammer, pound ) at the door 敲打 ( 門等) 。

5.跟工作有關動詞，暗含努力研究或推敲

work at 從事于

labour at 努力地研究

go at 努力從事于、；

形容詞+介詞at

1.表達喜怒哀樂的形容詞

be shocked 對...感到震驚

feel one's surprise at... 對...感到驚訝；

be disappointed at the news 對這消息感到失望；

talk of one's disappointment at... 談及自己對……的失望；

be glad (或 pleased，delighted ) at... 対……感到高興；

show one's pleasure at... 対……感到高興；

be in high spirits at...対…… 心情很不錯。

be sad (或 miserable ) at ... 對……難過（或很傷心）；

be grief at... 對 ……感到悲傷；

be angry at 對……生氣

be disgusted at... 對……厭惡；

2.表達擅長與否的形容詞

be good at... 擅長；

be skillful at typing 打字很熟練。

be bad at... 差或不好；

be expert at English 對英語很專長；

be an expert /a genius at English是對英語有專長(或天才)的人；
