前言

本文件按照GB/T1.1-2020《標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化工作導(dǎo)則第1部分:標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化文件的結(jié)構(gòu)和起草規(guī)則》的規(guī)定起草。

本文件代替GB/T 16623—2008《壓配式實(shí)心輪胎技術(shù)規(guī)范》。與GB/T 16623- 2008相比，除結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整和編輯性改動(dòng)外，主要技術(shù)變化如下:

——更改了適用范圍（見(jiàn)第1章，2008年版的第1章）;

?

——增加了術(shù)語(yǔ)“鋼圈”，刪除了“無(wú)印痕實(shí)心輪胎”（見(jiàn)3.1，2008年版的3.1）;

?

——更改了物理機(jī)械性能指標(biāo)（見(jiàn)表1，2008年版的表1）;

?

——更改了耐久性能要求及其試驗(yàn)方法規(guī)定（見(jiàn)4.3、5.4，2008年版的4.3、5.4）;

?

——更改了輪胎與輪輞配合尺寸的部分要求（見(jiàn)附錄A，2008年版的附錄D）;

?

——更改了外緣尺寸測(cè)量方法和物理機(jī)械性能試驗(yàn)方法的部分規(guī)定（見(jiàn)附錄B、附錄C，2008年版的附錄A、附錄B）;

——?jiǎng)h除了耐久性能試驗(yàn)方法（見(jiàn)2008年版的附錄C）。

This document replaces GB/T 16623-2008?Technical specification of press-on solid tyres. In addition to structural adjustment and editorial changes, the following main technical changes have been made with respect to GB/T 16623-2008:

——The application scope is modified (see Clause 1 hereof; Clause 1 of Edition 2008);

?

——The term “steel ring” is added and “no marking solid tyres” is deleted (see 3.1 hereof; 3.1 of Edition 2008);

?

——The physical and mechanical property indexes are modified (see Table 1 hereof; Table 1 of Edition 2008);

?

——The durability requirements and test methods are modified (see 4.3 and 5.4 hereof; 4.3 and 5.4 of Edition 2008);

?

——Some requirements for the fitting size of tyres and rims are modified (see Annex A hereof; Annex D of Edition 2008);

?

——Some requirements for the measurement method of the peripheral dimension and the physical and mechanical property test method are modified (see Annexes B and C hereof; Annexes A and B of Edition 2008);

——The durability test method is deleted (see Annex C of Edition 2008).

This document is applicable to new pressed-on solid tyres used for counterbalanced fork lift trucks and other industrial vehicles.
