A Secondary Agent/Consultant is a person not of thesubmitting company who wishes to create joint submissions or Letters of Supporton behalf of the Secondary Authorized Official. These persons will also be ableto submit amendments to the original joint submission/Letter of Support.

二級(jí)代理/顧問(wèn)是非提交公司的人，他們希望代表二級(jí)授權(quán)官員創(chuàng)建聯(lián)合提交或支持信函。這些人還可以提交原始聯(lián)合提交/支持信函的修正案。

答：EPA注冊(cè)必須是美國(guó)當(dāng)?shù)鼐用窕蛘吖具M(jìn)行申請(qǐng)，針對(duì)美國(guó)以外的一切公司，都不能直接申請(qǐng)。所以像我們中國(guó)的廠家申請(qǐng)，則必須委托美國(guó)代理人進(jìn)行。美國(guó)代理人必須是在美國(guó)有永久居住權(quán)的個(gè)人或者EPA授權(quán)的代理公司。
