別慌!外貿客戶“價格太高了”如何對懟?!
客戶說:你的產品價格太高了!
你:好慌,怎么辦?價格真的高嗎?要是不降價 ,客戶是不是要跑了!

下次再遇到這種情況,可以試試這些話術,換個思路去和客戶談判,是很有效的!
① We wanna be the one who give the lowest price ,but we don’t wanna decrease price at the expense of quality.
我們很想成為給你最低價的那個,但我們不愿意犧牲產品質量來謀求低價。
②If price is a major concern, we can explore alternative product options or discuss potential discounts based on larger order Quantities.
如果價格是主要關注點,我們可以探討替代產品選項,或根據更大的訂單數量討論潛在的折扣。
③If you can increase your quantity ,we can meet your price.
如果你可以提高數量,我們可以降價。
④If you take quality into consideration, you won't think our price is too high.
如果你考慮一下質量,你就不會覺得我們的價格太高了。
⑤ We have made every attempt to avoid the increase, but we refuse to compromise on quality.
我們盡量想維持原價,但是我們不想對質量妥協。
⑥To maintain a quality assurance, our price is very reasonable and in the most favorable.
為了保持質量的保證,我們的價格是非常合理和最有利的。

⑨On the other hand,if the product quality is bad and the customer is unsatisfied,that is definitely not what you want.
另一方面,如果產品質量不好。客戶不滿意,這絕對不是你想要的。
