For the first-time insured foreigners, the employing unit should carry relevant materials to the location of the social security agencies or social security online system for their insurance procedures.

對于首次參保的外國人，應(yīng)該由用人單位攜帶相關(guān)材料，到參保所在地的社保經(jīng)辦機構(gòu)或社保網(wǎng)上系統(tǒng)為其辦理參保手續(xù)。Social Security documents for foreign nationals

外籍人員參保辦理流程：

1. Go through the online declaration system to register the online declaration of enterprises on the website of the Social Security Bureau;

1. 通過網(wǎng)上申報系統(tǒng)辦理登錄社保局網(wǎng)站企業(yè)網(wǎng)上申報;

2. Print "application for registration/suspension/transfer/change of Insurance Type/resumption/change of salary" and attach the application information to the collection desk.

2. 打印 《企業(yè)員工參加社會保險個人信息登記/停交/調(diào)動/險種變更/恢復(fù)參保/工資變動申請》、附上申請資料到征收前臺辦理。

How foreigners can enjoy Social Security benefits

外籍人如何享受社保待遇

Foreigners who are eligible for social insurance in China shall enjoy social insurance benefits in accordance with the law. Taking the old-age insurance as an example, foreign employees who have paid contributions for more than 15 years and have reached the legal retirement age (60 years for men and 55 years for women) in China can receive basic pensions on a monthly basis. They may also receive a monthly pension abroad, but shall provide at least once a year to the social insurance agency responsible for the payment of their pension a living certificate issued by the Chinese Embassy or consulate abroad, or a living certificate notarized and certified by the relevant institutions of the country of residence and certified by the Chinese Embassy or consulate abroad. If a foreign worker leaves the country before reaching the prescribed pension age, his or her social insurance personal account is maintained and if he or she comes to China for employment again, the accumulated years of contribution shall be calculated; If he terminates the social insurance relationship upon his written application, he may also pay the savings of his social insurance personal account to him in one lump sum.

中國參加社會保險的外國人，符合條件的，依法享受社會保險待遇。以養(yǎng)老保險為例，凡累計繳費滿15年以上，達到我國法定退休年齡（男年滿60歲，女年滿55歲）的外籍員工，既可以在中國養(yǎng)老，按月領(lǐng)取基本養(yǎng)老金；也可以在境外按月領(lǐng)取養(yǎng)老金，但應(yīng)當(dāng)至少每年向負(fù)責(zé)支付其養(yǎng)老金的社會保險經(jīng)辦機構(gòu)提供一次由中國駐外使、領(lǐng)館出具的生存證明，或者由居住國有關(guān)機構(gòu)公證、認(rèn)證并經(jīng)中國駐外使、領(lǐng)館認(rèn)證的生存證明。如果外國勞動者在達到規(guī)定的領(lǐng)取養(yǎng)老金年齡前離境的，其社會保險個人賬戶予以保留，再次來中國就業(yè)的，繳費年限累計計算；經(jīng)本人書面申請終止社會保險關(guān)系的，也可以將其社會保險個人賬戶儲存額一次性支付給本人。
