蘋果燒肉蓋飯食譜
Homemade?Apple-Marinated Pork Rice Bowl?Recipe

食材:中里脊肉(切薄片)-200g、洋蔥(切絲)-100g
Ingredients:200g pork leg tender side or pork tenderloin, 100g onion
PS:關(guān)于肉的部分,也可選用肥瘦相間的梅花肉或五花肉

腌漬:蘋果(去皮磨泥)-100g、蒜泥-1小瓣、醬油-1.5湯匙、味醂-1湯匙、米酒-1湯匙、白砂糖-?茶匙(或換成蜂蜜)
Marinade:100g grated apple, 1 grated garlic, 1.5 Tbsp soy sauce, 1 Tbsp mirin, 1 Tbsp rice wine, ? tsp granulated sugar or honey

烹飪步驟:
1) 將腌漬之醬汁于小碗中拌勻,放入肉片拌勻后,密封冷藏60分鐘。
2) 中火熱鍋,放入1湯匙的食用油,放入洋蔥絲拌炒至軟化。
3) 放入腌漬好的肉片,中火拌炒至熟透后,起鍋放至白飯上即可。
Cooking?Instructions:
1) Combine the marinade in a bowl, add the sliced pork and rub in well all over. Cover the bowl and let it stand for 60 minutes in the fridge.
2) Heat the pan over medium heat, pour 1 Tbsp cooking oil. Add the sliced onion and stir fry until soft.
3) Add the sliced pork and stir fry until cooked through, then turn off the stove. Transfer the apple-marinated pork on the cooked rice.
