當(dāng)外貿(mào)客戶說你很好的時(shí)候
當(dāng)收到客戶詢盤,給客戶發(fā)了郵件沒有回復(fù),但是客戶詢盤里有聯(lián)系電話,如果給客戶發(fā)了兩三封郵件都沒反應(yīng),這個(gè)時(shí)候就可以給客戶打個(gè)電話跟進(jìn)一下。
打電話之前一定是要做相應(yīng)的背景調(diào)查,這樣有利于你與客戶交談,有話可說,也讓客戶感覺你不是那種隨便營銷的公司,一般客戶發(fā)詢盤都不止給一家公司發(fā),如果你能在收到客戶詢盤后再給客戶打個(gè)電話,一定能加深客戶的印象。
往往業(yè)績做得好的人,就是大家常說的銷冠,他們都是非常主動(dòng)又積極的人,會(huì)經(jīng)常給客戶打電話。

今天分享一個(gè)非?;A(chǔ)的電話溝通內(nèi)容,大家可以根據(jù)各自產(chǎn)品不同做相應(yīng)的調(diào)整后作為給客戶打電話的話術(shù):
A: hello, this is xxx from xxx, yeah, I hope you are doing well. ah, yesterday/ the day before yesterday I received your inquiry about the product. and I wanted to personally, you know reach you to discuss some requirements.
你好,我是xxx公司的xxx,是的,我希望你一切都好。啊,昨天/前天我收到了你們關(guān)于產(chǎn)品的詢問。我想親自來和你討論一些要求。
B: oh, yes, how are you?
A: Yeah, I'm fine thanks. yes as you know I have checked your company website and have do some similar products already. I think you should be very professional in this field.
